This logo was designed to be an element used in advertising during the Back to School Season. The targeted audience was the parents of middle school aged to college aged students. The globe shape, a classic element in the classroom, houses Sprint's network graphic that makes the globe a more high-tech symbol. The network graphic also gives visual cues to the light graphic commonly used as a background in Sprint advertising. These features kept the identifier true to the brand and helped promote the idea behind Back to School at Sprint.
